Arbor Hills has 150 –bed skilled nursing facility and a 28- bed assisted living facility, we also offer long-term and short-term stays including rehabilitative, respite, and dementia care. Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks to provide care for private pay residents and residents Insured by Medicare/Medicaid. Those in assisted living may be eligible to obtained assistance from a State funded program.

Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center continues to diligently monitor the ongoing presence of Coronavirus/COVID-19 in our communities and following strict Infection Control protocols for the health and safety of residents and employees. We know that the ability to see and interact with our residents is very important to their loved ones. All visits are held primarily outdoors with some permitted indoor visits. All visits are in strict adherence with current CDC and Local public health authorities guidance. All visits must be scheduled with the facility so that we may ensure residents, staff and visitors are following appropriate safety guidelines and social distancing. You may reach out to the facility to schedule your visit. Please note, due to changing circumstances there may be times when our facilities must again restrict visits. We realize this current pandemic is concerning to everyone; we share that concern. Your adherence to and support of the current policy on visitors is greatly appreciated.
